We are currently recruiting for a Trainer Facilitator/Work Based Assessor in Society, Education and Development the team here at South Devon College, who will instruct, facilitate and assess learning for learners enrolled on programmes and apprenticeships within the area of Children and Young people.

You will assess learners as appropriate by formal or informal method as required by external examining bodies and internal procedures, contribute to curriculum development and implementation of pastoral and welfare systems provided for learners.   

The successful candidate will need to hold a relevant qualification and/or training in Early Years and/or Supporting Teaching and Learning. You must also hold an appropriate assessing/teaching qualification. You will have experience in working with workplace trainees, working in a role related to children and young people and assessing online courses.
