They are currently seeking a Programme Lead within their Co-Design & Improvement team.

The post holder will –

Contribute to the rollout of co-design, peer support, and strengths-based approaches across their LiveWell services.

Ensure that the customer voice and the voice of lived experience is embedded into their LiveWell services, including by co-evaluation and co-governance.

Lead and contribute to other quality improvements and programmes across LiveWell services and externally as appropriate.

Promote their quality improvement work externally, including with key partnerships.

Build and maintain good relationships with key partners and stakeholders, within and outside the business.

Represent the company at meetings and events and deputise for the Head of Co-Design & Improvement.

The successful candidate will have:

Ability to inspire, engage, motivate and enthuse others.

Be passionate about improving services so that our customers are at the heart of what we do.

Commitment to the principles of co-design and delivery, and a good understanding of the importance of peer support in service delivery.

Understanding of strengths-based approaches.

Understanding of change management and project management, and a track record of implementing and delivering change projects, ideally with a quality improvement focus.

Ability to influence internally & externally.

A proven track record of partnership work with a broad range of organisations.
