Senior Chef de Partie / Sous Chef - Monday to Friday (2:00am to 12:00midday) - Office & Event Catering company - GBP27k to GBP30k

This is a Senior Chef de Partie / Sous Chef opportunity to work for London's leading office and event catering service. The chefs continually create innovative, exciting and seasonal menus that cater to a variety of diets e.g. vegan, vegetarian, halal and lactose. All freshly prepared on the day of order. The catering services include; office breakfast catering, delicious working lunches, fantastic canap??s, bowl food, buffet catering and formal dinners at many prestigious venues. They source the freshest and finest produce, bought locally where possible and provide a very responsive catering service to the City and West End.

SALARY ETC:

* GBP27,000 to GBP30,000+ Benefits

* Monday to Friday, working from 2:00am to 12:00midday

* Location: South East London

* Permanent, full-time

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Senior Chef de Partie / Sous Chef, you will be preparing a range of food for breakfasts, lunches, soups, speciality platters and afternoon Teas for top companies in London. These will include things such as pattered sandwiches, finger foods, salads, fork buffets, canapes, hot foods etc. These will be sent out early in the morning for breakfasts and meetings, as well as throughout the day.

This will be catering for some of the top offices and clients in and around the City of London, for private meetings, Director lunches etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

* To be happy with the working hours and able to get to work at this time (parking is available)

* To enjoy working as part of a team and able to ensure high quality food and presentation

* To be able to follow recipe cards, as well as be part of the development of new dishes

* To have experience as a Chef at a similar level within a Hotel, Catering company or similar

* Food Hygiene certificate
