HR Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join an internationally renowned company based in Bicester as a HR Coordinator on a part time basis. As the HR you must be able to speak Dutch to a business level, in order to support this European wide company, and you will need to have had experience within a dedicated administrative or customer service-based role. This exciting role will enable you to work in a fast-paced environment, in a supportive team and to advance your career further. You will receive excellent on the job training and work with a team of highly experienced individuals.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities

As the HR Coordinator some of your duties will include:

Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Supporting the recruitment process
Providing HR Administrative support and transaction services
Creating reports
Responding to staff queries
Supporting the onboarding process
Building relationships with the HR Functions of the business

HR Coordinator Experience

In order to work for this internationally renowned company, you will be a highly professional individual with a strong work ethic and excellent administration skills. Due to the large workload and fast paced environment, you will be able to multi-task, prioritise and have a keen attention to detail. Knowledge of HR and Recruitment would be ideal; however, this is not essential. It is essential that you are able to speak Dutch to business level.
