Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / SALES MANAGER
Salary: CGBP35k to GBP40k depending on experience plus car and bonus
Location: Midlands (Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham)
This fast-growing market leading business are at the forefront of technology with vacuum pumps and low pressure compressors are now looking for passionate and driven people to help them to continue to grow the business.
They are looking to recruit a commercially-minded Business Development Manager to help grow existing business and develop new accounts. The role will be a field-based position reporting to the Managing Director you will maintain and develop existing accounts by building positive relationships along with identifying new and profitable sales opportunities.
You will have good business acumen and will be expected to identify new target markets and explore new business opportunities, working together with the Managing Director to implement a business strategy. You will ensure quality standards and after market support ensuring customer service and company standards are adhered to at all times.
The successful candidate will be an excellent relationship builder, with the ability to effectively communicate. You will be enthusiastic, ambitious and dynamic with the willingness to work to a flexible schedule. Experience from the food packaging sector would be an advantage.
