Housing Support Co-Ordinator - Permanent - GBP22,568 - Birmingham

Your new role
As a Housing Support Co-Ordinator your role will be to contribute to the supervision of a dispersed workforce, which provides home based housing related support across learning disability services, in line with the organisations policies and procedures. (No Personal Care). As a Housing Support Co-Ordinator you will support the Supporting People Manager and be responsible for the supervision of staff & allocation of the day to day staff schedules and rota's. You will also be responsible for ensuring that a quality, flexible and responsive housing support service is made available to all service users in line with their agreed support plans.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a Housing Support Co-Ordinator will have past supervision experience of service provision in the care profession, you will ideally be qualified to a minimum of NVQ 3, however support can be offered for the right candidate. You will be required to have excellent communication, inter personal and organisation skills as well as good all rough administrative and computer skills.
