Salary: £20,706 - £24,019 per annum + excellent benefits

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are recruiting for a Workplace Coordinator to join our Marine department to support the curriculum Section Head in the coordination of delivery of relevant Work Based Learning including Traineeship/Apprenticeship and Work Experience programmes as part of core qualifications or as enrichment. You will be responsible for the recruitment of learners and employers and support both relating to Work Based and Work Experience programmes and will have a caseload of learners and employers; supporting and monitoring progress whilst helping to ensure that the college meets its success measures and contractual requirements for the programme. 

The successful candidate will have a level 3 qualification and GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (4-9) with experience in a similar role, arranging placements and working with apprentices.
