Greystone Consulting Group are currently recruiting for a well-established and market leading firm based in the Twickenham area. Currently working to an aggressive five-year growth plan, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the payroll team.

Our client's are looking for an enthusiastic individual for a Payroll Administrator role. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Team Leader on a day to day basis and working as part of the team and alone. The team consists of around 40 people, and the work can sometimes be fast paced and intense but also rewarding.

Duties will include:

* Answering incoming phone calls from clients and workers and returning these calls if necessary;

* Checking the bespoke software for Pay information, updating details, and leaving detailed diary notes in records;

* Dealing with inbound emails from clients for invoicing requests;

* Dealing with other emails from workers requesting for P45/P60/SOE's;

* Completing DWP paperwork;

* Reloading and Printing of P45's;

* Daily/Hourly downloads of HMRC Gateway notifications;

* Importing timesheets into the system, and completing manual timesheets where necessary;

* Producing system invoices/credits via the invoicing procedures;

* Checking of Timesheet Prelists;

* Matching and releasing timesheets for payrolls;

* Trialing the payroll and checking for any anomalies;

* Running a Payroll - including all steps for reporting and processing;

* Processing Payroll Adjustments;

* Client Payroll Queries;

* Explaining Payslips/Remittances to workers;

* Payroll Deductions / Fee Adjustments / Checking DWP Deductions;

* Checking and inputting backdated VAT;

* Payroll Reconciliation.


* Basic salary of GBP22,000 - GBP23,000 per annum (depending on experience)
