They are now seeking an experienced HR professional who is looking to further develop their career within a growing company. Working as an HR Advisor you will provide clear and comprehensive guidance on all HR matters, including Employee Benefits, Training and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations and HR Administration.

Assisting the Divisional Head of HR with generalist HR matters, you will provide support in managing change / improvements to meet the objectives of culture, cost, quality and time in the business and guidance to employees on various HR policies, procedures, standards and government regulations. 

You will also assist with the preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings and provide coaching and training to line managers to empower them to own the HR processes for their employees in areas such as Recruitment and Selection, Disciplinary, Grievance and Conflict Handling, Communications and Absence Management.

Candidates must have strong and proven experience dealing with employee relations casework and the associated administration, from initial levels up to employment tribunal stages coupled with an up to date knowledge of employment law legislation and HR best practice.  A CIPD level 5 qualification is required and you should have a background gained in a HR administration environment. 

Above all, you must have the ability to deal effectively with issues of a sensitive nature, demonstrating tact and diplomacy and the ability to apply sound judgment based on previous knowledge and experience.
