Recruitment Administrator

We have registered a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join one of Oxford's most desirable and exciting companies. As the Recruitment administrator you will be the first point of contact for the recruitment team and will take ownership of the in-house recruitment system.

Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities

As the Recruitment Administrator some of your duties will include:

Responding to recruitment queries
Managing the in-house recruitment system
Proof-reading role profiles and job advertisements
Posting adverts on external job boards
Scheduling interviews
Corresponding with external recruitment agencies
Supporting the HR Advisor with onboarding processes

Recruitment Administrator Experience

The Recruitment Administrator will have previous administration experience and have an excellent telephone manner. This organisation values itself on providing excellent customer service and therefore you will be a customer focused individual, who can communicate effectively to a variety of people. In order to manage your workload effectively, you will be a proactive and organised individual. Recent graduates with some administrative experience will also be considered for this role.
