A well renowned house builder is looking to add an Assistant Buyer to their commercial team.
You will be assisting 2 experienced Buyers working on a range of new build residential projects.
This role will require some exposure to the construction industry with either a main contractor or residential house builder. The role offers excellent career progression for the right candidate at the beginning of their career in construction buying.
As part of the role you will be using working drawings to calculate materials needed for projects, negotiating costs with suppliers and scheduling the arrival of these materials to match up with the build program
