We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Insurance company based in Farnborough who are looking for fluent Japanese speakers to join their team as a Claims Management Associate/Customer Service Consultant.
You will be joining a lively and energetic Care Team, where you will be responsible for working closely with many different aspects of the business to accurately assess medical claims and to co-ordinate our Air Ambulance and commercial evacuations globally.
This is an important role within the business supporting members in often highly stressful situations and working closely with the Clinical Case Managers in providing them with support and guidance in the delivery of healthcare services. The role requires the ability to investigate, review and pre-authorise healthcare claims globally in a timely and professional manner.
PLEASE NOTE - Full training will be given for this role, you do not need any claims experience to be considered.
ALL applicants must be able to read, write and speak English and Japanese at a FLUENT level.
We have x2 positions, in either the day OR night team.
Hours -Day - 4 on 4 off, 7.30am - 6:30pm & 8:30am - 8pm
OR
Hours - Nights - 4 on 4 off, 7pm - 7am
