Senior Home Improvement Agency Manager
Working across North and South Yorkshire
Full Time- Permanent (Flexible working and location)
35 hours per week
GBP47,434 per annum (plus GBP2000 car allowance)

Reporting directly to the Director of Property Services we are seeking a senior manager to lead our housing related support services in the form of home improvement agencies (HIA's) providing needs, advice and support services. Leading the HIA teams, you will deliver excellent services, maintain and build on key partnerships, meet commissioner and contract expectations, generate new business and secure funding.

Reliable - Strategic business planning experience and budget preparation/management is essential. You must also have contract management experience including bidding, negotiating service contracts.
Enthusiastic - You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable style.
Respectful - Ideally, you will have a degree level qualification and/or relevant professional qualifications.
Areas that the role will cover include - Craven, York, Hambleton, Stockton on Tees, Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham.
