Human Resources Business Partner - Norfolk - 30-35
Are you an experienced HR advisor with large volume manufacturing background? Are you CIPD qualified to level 5 or above ideally with Tupe and Union negotiation experience?
Reporting to the HR Manager in this fast paced, 24/7 operation your role will be challenging and no two days will ever be the same. Your role will be of busy and involve generalist HR practices such as managing disciplinary and absence policies, training and development and supporting recruitment campaigns. Other project pieces and some union interaction will also be included.
You will work closely with the managment team in an advisory capacity, resolving any staffing issues and offering strategic guidance in order to develop strong working relationships with your internal stakeholders.
