Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 p.a. + excellent benefits

Are you a dynamic and motivated Event Executive looking to develop your career in high value fundraising?

The High Value Supporter Partnerships (HVSP) Special Events team manage high value fundraising partnerships (in excess of GBP50k net income) with committees, individuals and organisations. This role will focus on event delivery and supporting the HVSP team. You'll also be responsible for the day to day account management of relationships with third-party partners and high value committees.

• Supporting the professional and efficient project management and delivery of an agreed number of events in the annual portfolio
• Working with Account Managers to maintain strong relationships with supporters and stakeholders in your portfolio, to maximise their contribution and retain their support
• Supporting with the effective development of marketing and event materials
• Supporting the creating of event income streams through raffles and auctions
• Supporting the planning and delivery of post event thank-you and banking processes
• Providing support to the wider team with day-to-day finance processes.

• Experience of working on large scale complex events
• Solid understanding of the principles of high value fundraising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working on projects to an agreed deadline and budget
• Experience of building relationships both internally and with external organisations.
