are looking for an experienced sales person to join the company on a permanent basis, working within the residential construction market. The main role of the position is to price and sell projects such as extensions and house refurbishments.
The role will be flexible and tailored to the right candidate. Typical duties to include:
-Taking calls and booking appointments
-Visiting with prospective clients
-Pricing of projects on in-house software (training given)
-Bid management
-Contract administration
-General office admin
-Website management
-Social media management
-Project management support
Requirements:
-Full UK driving license
-Basic knowledge of construction materials and processes
-Computer literacy in Office applications
-Sales or construction experience
