Busy and challenging role, heading up a long established service department; supervising a team of technicians; booking in and allocating work; ensuring training records and courses are administered and kept up to date; acting as first point of contact for customers; resolving any issues that may arise to everyone's satisfaction and ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
Mondays to Saturdays, 5 days a week; this role would suit an Individual who thrives in taking the lead; is super organised with exemplary customer care skills.
Very much people driven, you need to be able to troubleshoot and solve problems as well as ensure all processes and services run like clockwork.
Highly responsible role; you will definitely need to lead from the front and be collaborative rather than dictatorial.
You will certainly reap what you sow.
