Are you an experienced Engineering & Technical recruiter looking for your next opportunity? The Works is currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its successful engineering team.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineering recruiter or someone with previous hands-on experience in the engineering sector.
You will have an in-depth understanding of technical roles in engineering manufacturing (MIG/TIG welding, CNC, maintenance technicians, etc.). In addition, you will also have a proven track record in a similar environment, possess exceptional sales skills and be able to communicate professionally with both clients and candidates.
The ideal person will be someone looking to progress their career into management and who can eventually lead the team into further success.
