This innovative Global manufacturer of high quality wood finishes and treatments used by the trade is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their UK team.
After initial training on the technical aspects of the products you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying relevant organisations and presenting the quality range of products to them. The customer base will consist of showrooms, floor fitters, wholesalers and on-line retailers and will involve practical demonstrations so a "hands on" approach is required along with the ability to negotiate and forge lasting relationships with customers.
We are looking for someone who thrives on winning new business. You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable dealing with technical products and trade professionals. The role is home based although much of your time will be spent visiting clients across the central region of the UK.
Previous, demonstrable success in business development is essential and knowledge of a similar customer base would be an advantage. You will be given a great deal of autonomy and new/creative business development ideas will be welcome.
