Growing rapidly and with offices in the UK, the USA, India and Australia, we specialise in business communications analytics, call recording solutions, telecoms expense management and fraud management systems for network carriers and CSPs. Our innovative solutions are developed in-house and distributed via an extensive channel partner network to over 21,000 businesses globally. 

The Role:

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to provide support to our sales, marketing and office administration teams. This is a varied role with the opportunity to contribute to and learn from many areas of the business, offering wide scope for growth and progression for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the principle duties include the coordination and measurement of marketing activities across internal, external and channel marketing. You will also be responsible for front of house duties and office administration functions.

Sales and Marketing Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

+ Manage website content and design updates via WordPress and Weebly
+ Create and post content for social media channels in line with company guidelines
+ Provide website and social media performance analysis via Google Analytics

Marketing Communications:

+ Produce and maintain marketing materials, graphics and literature
+ Coordinate a wide range of marketing communications, both internal and external
+ Provide logistical support for marketing events and exhibitions
+ Brief suppliers, such as graphic designer, SEO and PR agency

Marketing Support:

+ Provide marketing support to all departments as required
+ Update and maintain CRM, SharePoint and other databases
+ Co-ordinate the marketing budget

Front of house and office administration:

+ Answer the phone
+ Greet visitors
+ Accept deliveries 
+ Assist the finance and office management teams with inbound order processing
+ Assist with office supply stock checks
+ Place orders for office supplies, catering and similar

Sales and Marketing Administrator Requirements:

+ Experience with managing website CMS such as WordPress
+ Comfortable with using unfamiliar technology
+ Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is an advantage
+ Sound understanding of marketing principles and commercial awareness
+ Strong copywriting skills
+ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
+ An ability to work autonomously, whilst prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and manage dependencies
+ Thrives in a busy and varied environment
+ Proficiency in MS Office 
+ Excellent spoken and written English

Qualifications and experience:

+ A degree, preferably in marketing (not essential but an advantage)
+ 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role

Remuneration, Benefits and Working Hours:

+ The role is a full-time position, 9am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday
+ Salary range £22-28K per annum
+ 20 days holiday increasing every year up to a maximum of 25 days
+ Company pension scheme

Training and Progression:

+ A training plan will be provided, discussed, monitored and reviewed for the duration of the probationary period. 
+ On successful completion of probation, a further development plan will be produced, discussed and then reviewed on a quarterly basis.
