Position: Event Organiser
Location: London (5/10 minute walk from Tower Hill or Aldgate underground station, 20/25 minute walk from London Bridge and Cannon Street underground station)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week, normally between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: GBP22,000 per annum

About the role:

They are looking for an Event Organiser to join their friendly Events team based in the London Office. As Event Organiser you will take direct responsibility for managing programmes of events and / or training events to ensure we maintain a high quality of service to customers. You will work closely with business managers and external contacts to ensure all actions are being undertaken in line with agreed service standards.

This is a busy role, and it would suit someone extremely organised, with an eye for detail and not afraid to ask questions. A proactive self-starter and quick learner. You can make this role your own, finding the best way of making the events successful and memorable.

About you:

- Assist in the implementation of the events programme.
- Take sole responsibility for the organisation and administration of specific events as directed by the Event Team Leader and Senior Events Organiser.
- Liaise directly with customers as and when required to negotiate practical support arrangements for delivery of on-site training and / or open course programmes.
