An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Passive Fire Stopper based in a Housing Association in North London.

Post: Passive Fire Stopper

Rate: Circa GBP32,357 then increase after successful probation to GBP33,357 PA

We are looking for an experienced Passive Fire Stopper to provide a customer focused Fire Management Repairs and Maintenance service across properties and communal areas whilst putting safety first.

The main duties of the role are as followings;

* Report to a Fire Maintenance Supervisor and to carry out, works as instructed. Whilst meeting corporate targets of financial strength and resident satisfaction and deal with the outcomes of Fire Risk Assessment actions in a timely manner.

* Carry out a number of tasks including, but not limited to, passive fire-stopping, finishing and decoration.

* Covering Reactive and Voids Maintenance across estates covering South Regions


* Specialist Knowledge and experience of at least one specialist trade i.e. carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering painting & decorating

* Knowledge of building & construction or housing repairs & maintenance.

* Candidates will have ideally gained experience within a reactive fire role within a social housing environment.

* Full UK driving licence.
