To achieve sales targets in the required markets whilst maintaining the required margins.


1. "Get the sale" using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)

2. Forecast sales, through liaison with General Manager develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

3. Evaluate customers' needs and build productive long lasting relationships

4. Meet personal and team sales targets

5. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

6. Attend meetings, exhibitions, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

7. Report and provide feedback to management providing factual data on your territory

8. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

9. Ensure the sales process complies with regulatory requirements, ensure equipment is calibrated and safe, raise action logs to support corrective action and root cause analysis

10. Undertake other duties linked to your role that benefit the company from time to time on reasonable request of your line manager

Competencies Required

1. Proven sales experience, beneficial if in a similar parallel industry

2. Track record of over-achieving quota in business to business sales

3. Experience working with CRM

4. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

5. Computer use competency of MS office

6. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

7. Self-motivated and driven
