Head of Internal Sales - Telecoms

Uncapped Commission, Company Car and Flexible Base Salary

Managing a team across a site in NW and one in Midlands

Do you have a successful history leading a sales team in Telecoms? Are you keen to shape and develop a new team as you see best fit? Looking to earn huge amounts while progressing your career from day one? If so then please apply for instant review

This is a superb role you can make your own and mould to suit to you. You will be responsible for developing a new sales team of around 36 people and 4 team managers, coaching and developing the team, creating a strategy to take this to the next level, in a highly profitable and stable environment.

Flexible base package

Uncapped commission structure - Should double OTE comfortably in your first year

Given ramp up targets in first 6 months so you will instantly start earning big pay cheques.

Company car

Ability to influence the strategy and grow the team by your design

You will need proven experience of

  • Relevant Telecoms Industry experience
  • Have managed a sales team successfully
  • Ability to coach and develop staff
  • Hungry attitude and desire to progress your career
