Hours 10-4. Monday to Friday

What to expect
To regularly make funeral arrangements in a professional, sensitive, respectful and caring way, whilst explaining the choices that are available to them. Also, spending as much time with client families as needed whilst paying attention to detail at all time, supporting and advising our clients during the whole process. To also liaise with other staff who will be participating in the process and providing support to our client after the funeral.
What you’ll need
To act as an ambassador for the company and liaise with Funeral Managers to build local branch reputation and community involvement. To display empathy and compassion to clients whilst providing excellent customer service.
Candidates with experience of working within the funeral industry or a similar organisation would be a major advantage.
