Housing Support Worker - Permanent - GBP16200 - Birmingham

Your new role
As a Housing Support Worker, your responsibility will be to provide a person centred housing support to adults with learning disabilities. The Housing Support worker will be be expected to offered appropriate support to individuals accessing the community as well as transition from support housing environments to their own homes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role as a Housing Support Worker, you will be able to work in a person centred way, enabling individuals to exercise choice and control over their own lives maximising their independence, using their own initiative and complete accurate records in a confidential manner. An ability to work on their own and work within a flexible rota is also necessary. As a big influencer towards the service user, a willingness to encourage new things socially will also be a great trademark about yourself as a person.
