Personal Support Assistant (Part Time)

36 year old male, physically disabled by cerebral palsy, wheelchair user, needs support for all his personal care needs, interests and social activities. Independent, well equipped facilities within family home. Job includes driving adapted manual car.

The one to one nature of the job means that good personal chemistry and support for his interests is key- sports, computers, music, films. Previous experience desirable but more important is reliability and promotion of his independence and choices.

Personal support needed Weds to Friday 9.30am-6pm. Applications invited for one, two or three days. Rate £10.50 per hour. Full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS required.
