Successful, growing company is seeking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator.Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will assist with all areas of HR administration. Duties will include:

- Updating and maintaining client records
- Monitoring the HR inbox responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently
- First point of contact for enquiries
- Recruitment and selection
- Assisting with the on-boarding process
- Referencing and new starter checks
- Coordinating induction programmes
- Developing strong relationships with internal departments

Candidates should have previous experience in an HR Administration role and possess very strong communication and systems skills.

You should be able to work well both as part of a team and on your own initiative and respond positively to a challenging and varied workload.
