Conversion Optimisation Specialist - CRO, A/B Testing, UX- Manchester City Centre- Up to GBP30,000

The role:

• Leading the A/B tests, personalisation and optimisation plans
• Create and deliver successful user experiences across different platforms for multiple brands internationally - maximising conversion, minimising conversion barriers
• Build localised experiences on optimisation platforms, tracking results
• Feedback to the wider teams about market trends and best practices
• Analyse and report on demand and conversion metrics/performance across different brands and platforms

About you:

• Experience wth A/B testing and analytics tools
• Experience with CSS and HTML would be highly beneficial
• Passionate about UX and customer experience
