Operational Manager Grade 10 (GBP34,144 - GBP35,903)
The main purpose of the post is to provide a high quality, customer focused and value for money property repairs and maintenance service that ensures compliance with all legislation and regulations through the effective leadership of both directly employed teams and third party contractors.
Continuously improving the service and to contributing to the delivery of the repairs strategy is key for this role, the successful candidate would be required to manage a team of operatives to deliver a high quality repairs service to the customers, residents and leaseholders of theirs and other Organisations. This would include performance management of the team, & sub-contractors; dealing with sickness, disciplinary, performance, H&S issues, and other legal obligations.

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start at the higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
