As Team Leader you will guide the other team members in ensuring that the Hiring Managers and candidates have a 'best in class' experience throughout the entire process.
There will be regular liaison with internal delivery consultants, second tier providers and client stakeholders and you will be required to develop your knowledge of the account and build relationships on an on-going basis.
There will be occasional attendance required to a couple of the client's sites and opportunity to develop and enhance processes which will give the client further efficiencies and service improvements.
