Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Bid Writer/PQQ to join our clients Fire & Security Business. The successful candidate will source, identify and complete EOI, PQQ and Tender opportunities, winning business for the company. You will work as part of the Sales and Design team, taking on the responsibilities of managing the PQQ and Tender process.

Working closely and produce a relationship with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all submissions are delivered within the timescales given

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Responsibility for the complete bidding process
  • Undertake Web Portal opportunity searches providing clear information about potential opportunities and contribute to the decision-making process.
  • Development and coordination of bid responses, at both PQQ and ITT stages, in line with Company requirements
  • Production and review of high-end tender documents with both standard and bespoke responses
  • Allocate work to departments ad appropriate and maintain liaison/management to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Work with subject matter experts and other departments collating information to provide written responses
  • Liaise with internal departments to source information from previous customers, e.g. References
  • Research and gather relevant information for bid responses
  • Contribute to and maintain a database of bid response resources and information
  • Create and maintain a database of answers and documents to assist in PQQ/ITT's
  • Manage workload and deadlines, prioritising workload as required
  • Provide a monthly Management Report on bid results.
  • Assist Directors with the PQQ/Tender process
