Full time - 37 hours per week

Connect are embarking on a series of new challenges which promise to transform the way we deliver services, the role we play in communities, and the shape of the organisation in years to come.  We are now looking to add to our talented team of managers to help take the next leap forward in customer services.

Our approach to customer service has been quite traditional to date, but that is about to change.  Over the next 18 months, our new corporate IT platform will transform the way we capture and use information from our customers to enable us to better tailor services to their personal requirements.  A new website and self-service platform will enable customers to manage their accounts online, and for Connect to redirect our engagement activities in more targeted and productive ways.  Our new Customer Care Strategy, alongside a newly updated Brand Strategy, will roll out across the company creating a more consistent and effective communication platform for colleagues to use.

Our new Customer Insight Manager will be at the forefront of these developments, helping to identify, design and deploy service improvement activities, based on evidence, good practice and the occasional experiment!  Curiosity, innovation and a healthy scepticism for the status quo will be a real plus in this role, as will be an ability to work with people at all levels within and outside Connect to achieve shared objectives.
