Payroll and Benefits Administrator

At Pendennis we know that our people and their skills make us a success in the superyacht industry. We are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to run the monthly payroll for our 400+ workforce and assist in the administration of employee rewards.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a variety of experience in accounts with a previous exposure to salary/payroll
  • Part/Fully qualified AAT or CIPP
  • Work well as part of our accounts team and the wider business
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills
  • Knowledge of SelectPay software desirable but training will be provided
  • Have good interpersonal and organisational skills
