Quality Assurance & Training Team Member (Part Time 4 days per week)
Salary: £38,850 FTE
Location: Croydon

Hello, we’re the Pension Protection Fund. We protect the futures of millions of people in the UK who belong to defined benefit pension schemes.  Our members rely on us to look after their pensions if their employers go bust and the pension schemes cannot afford to pay what they promised.

We’re looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance and Training Team Member to join us on a part-time basis of 4 days per week.

As this position is a central function in the Scheme and Member Services directorate you will be responsible for ensuring the PPF deliver a consistent, high-quality service to its customers.  This is a varied role which will involve working interactively with new starters; designing and delivering training on new procedures and processes, and coaching and supporting our customer focussed teams.  An essential part of your role will be to provide results and make recommendations on the outcomes of the quality assurance reviews and evaluate learning and development interventions.

You will have experience of quality assurance and training and ideally, have experience of working in a contact centre environment or financial services environment and be looking for a role with high visibility in an ever-changing financial services organisation.

Sound like you? Apply now.

Now is a really exciting time for us. We’ve got big plans for 2019, and beyond, and we’d love you to join us.

In return for your skills, experience and commitment we’ll give you a challenging role in a dynamic business where you’ll get the support you need to develop your career in a vibrant environment. And of course, you’ll also get a competitive rewards package.

We are a Disability Confident Employer.  If you have a disability and meet the essential criteria for this role you will be guaranteed an interview.
