* Cradle to Grave relationship with the client including business transformation, project planning, relationship management and hands-on delivery/fulfilment.

* Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for project delivery and management.

* Lead a team that fulfil the Client's needs and align with the information vision and strategy Apply business strategy while driving transformation strategy, balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly

* Engage an end-to-end approach by connecting all the pieces of a complex business operation to deliver great actionable insights while leveraging all available assets.

* Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures to ensure schedule attainment, process development adherence, and performance and budget targets are met.

* Take an active role in the performance management process by completing goal setting, interim review, and year-end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback.


* The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of consulting experience within the Insurance and ideally broader financial services sector through a leading consultancy although client-side experience with some consulting experience would also be of interest.

* A track record of leading the design and delivery of complex transformation programmes ( not IT ) such as Strategy, operating models, data and analytics across core business functions for insurers, brokers and other financial services businesses.

* Minimum ten years of progressive information management solutions and end-to-end development life-cycle support and SDLC processes

* Minimum eight years leading a team including business transformation consultants, engineers, quality assurance, and operations professionals

* Bachelor's degree or relevant field from an accredited college or university;

* Master's degree from an accredited college or university

* Preferred PM qualified

* Knowledge of Advanced Excel and ACII (not compulsory)

* A high level of interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication are expected along with an aptitude to solve complex client-driven business problems.

* Experience delivering information management solutions or performance improvement consulting to large numbers of end users

* Demonstrated understanding of and experience affecting change within large insurance businesses

* Expertise using leading business model transformation techniques, or products to improve business efficiencies.

* In addition, candidates will have undertaken business development activities and have a strong personal network in the insurance market.

* Must be willing to travel.
