Recruitment Coordinator / Inhouse Recruiter / In-house Recruitment Advisor
Salary: GBP24,449.40 per annum
Location: Stafford or Shrewsbury, with travel between sites required
Permanent, 37 hours per week

The Group has ambitious plans to build more homes and provide an even better choice for their customers and communities.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Providing an end to end recruitment service for the Group, ensuring continuous improvement of process, systems, policies procedures, enabling efficient, timely, accurate delivery and high levels of customer service.
In this role you will be providing end to end recruitment for the group, drafting job adverts, scheduling and assisting with interviews, ensuring the correct pre-employment checks are completed prior to candidates joining. As well as ensuring continuous improvements on the process, systems and policies. Making sure that the recruitment data is kept up to date to help with analysis as and when required.
Ideally holding a CIPD (or qualified by equivalent experience), you will have previously held an in-house recruiter position. Having a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and of coordinating multiple recruitment activities at any one time, you'll have the ability to build relationships with Line Managers and be able to advise on different approaches to recruitment.
As this is a varied stand alone recruitment role, good knowledge of current employment law and legislation is essential.
On occasion you may be required to travel to other office locations, so you will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
