We're looking for 2 Customer Communication Assistants to join an established Customer Communications Team, focusing on a ‘one stop shop’ approach dealing with customer queries at first point of contact through a range of communication methods from telephone calls to face to face contact on our reception.  

You will be at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to its customers. You will be at the heart of the service that they deliver to their customers. You will have similar/previous experience, adaptable and with a positive can-do attitude you will be able to adapt to the varying demands and challenges within the Customer Communications Team. The successful candidates will be able to evidence they can deal with difficult situations and use a problem-solving approach to respond to enquiries.  

You will be calm and confident when answering queries, working with minimal supervision, and have experience of working to tight deadlines resolving issues at first point of contact with a flexible approach to suit customer demand.
