ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Hours: 21 hours per week – we are completely flexible regarding which days/times!

Salary: £12,770.27 (FTE is £22,500)

Overview
Town & Country Housing Group is an award-winning provider of affordable housing. Following our recent announcement that Town and Country Housing has decided to join Peabody Group as a regional subsidiary, we are growing our New Business Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become involved in the exciting development, which brings together two strong organisations to deliver more much-needed homes in the South East.
The Role
Supporting the Resident Scrutiny Manager, you will provide efficient administrative support. Our Resident Scrutiny Panel review our services, analyse our policies, provide recommendations and create action plans to ensure we, as a business, address issues. The panel is managed by our Resident Scrutiny Manager, whom you will work closely with, however there will be independent working and working without supervision. You will be required to work one evening per month, and this time can be taken as time off in lieu! We also offer a very generous holiday entitlement.
Experience
You will be experienced in taking minutes and detailed notes and have competent use of Microsoft Office. You will understand and be sensitive to confidentiality and data protection. Time management skills and prioritisation skills are desirable.
