Are you hard working, resilient, calm, responsible, quick thinking, willing to learn and with a good sense of humour?
If this is you, we could offer you a role, which is very rewarding in a supportive school environment.
Cann Bridge School caters for children with severe learning difficulties from 3 to 19 years and we require a number of Grade C teaching assistants from September 2019.
The posts are throughout the school age range and you will be working with a skilled team under the direction of an experienced teacher. The practice in the school is of an exceptionally high standard delivering Ofsted Good outcomes for the pupils.
Knowledge of children with learning difficulties, experience of complex behaviour and autistic spectrum conditions and an appropriate qualification at Level 2 are required; you will need to demonstrate this in your application and at interview.
Applicants will need to be calm, patient, with a good sense of humour, and willing to undertake any training necessary.
The role involves working with vulnerable children and adults and so all applicants will require an enhanced DBS clearance.
Closing date: Friday June 28th, application forms and a role profile are available from the school reception.
