Due to our continued success we are looking to hire a meticulous Recruitment Professional in the role of Executive Resourcer to deliver outstanding client and candidate service on behalf of one of the Groups Senior Directors.

Your role will be to assist and support on their assignments and day to day role through - diary management, coordinating messages and call backs, sourcing great candidates through a variety of techniques, matching candidates and managing the administration of the end to end recruitment process.

In a fast paced, encouraging and enterprising environment some of your key responsibilities while working closely with the Senior Director will be:

Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the first point of contact for candidates and clients in the Senior Directors absence and create a plan of action on each new or existing enquiry

-Organise interviews and meetings between clients and candidates

-Conduct extensive searches to bring on board candidates for the vacancies you are briefed on via a variety of technique including database searching, direct head hunting, job board searching, effective use of social media and advert writing

-Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

-Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates through providing a high calibre of service

-Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants

-Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client

-Organise interviews and meetings between clients and candidates

-Prepare sales documents, project plans and presentations using a variety of Microsoft packages

-Carry out research projects, from creating vacancy information packs for clients, putting together extensive search trials to map out all relevant candidates in the market place

-Organise key events and managing invites and logistics

Administration Management:

-To adhere to all administration procedures, especially with regards to candidate compliance and maintaining the company database

-Produce relevant management reports and information - weekly activity, monthly business review and quarterly and annual business plans

What you will need:

-Previous experience of working in a fast paced and professional recruitment environment

-Highly organised and personable, strong communicator with excellent influencing skills

-Ability to take the initiative with a variety of tasks

-Proactive, motivated with a "can do" attitude
