Excellent role on offer for someone skilled in new business development, looking to join a well-established company who will offer excellent training and the chance to progress within the business into management.

This market leading tool hire specialist supply small tools, powered access and small plant in and around the London area. They are well known locally and have grown consistently due to their focus on customer service and speed of delivery. They strongly believe in training and developing their staff which represents an excellent opportunity for a Business development manager to grow a team around him.

In this role you will be responsible drumming up new business primarily. Once you have acquired new business you will manage that account for a 2-3-month period before handing over to the dedicated account management team. This will be capital sales, servicing agreements and hire agreements of small tools, plant and access equipment. The role will be focussed within the M25 as this is where 90% of the company's work is, however you can take things further afield and put your own stamp on the role.

The company want to employ someone with drive and ambition who wants to have a strong career, as this role will have the opportunity to go into a leadership position.

This role would therefore ideally suit either a proven sales engineer or a business development manager, any backgrounds will be considered but anything related to construction will be a big advantage.
