System's Analyst (Availability & Capacity)

I currently have an exciting opportunity for a System's Analyst specialising in availability & capacity, for a major Financial Organisation based in Central London.
This role will see you take complete ownership on the direction, collation, presentation, tracking & monitoring of the companies Service Dashboard.
This is an exciting role where you will gain the chance to greatly develop your skills like Scripting experience and gain exposure to working in Agile & DevOps frameworks and principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY
This role will be responsible for the direction, collation, presentation, tracking and monitoring of the Service Dashboard.
The Service Dashboard consists of a live monitoring dashboard and a reporting pack such that the following items are tracked:
- Licence Capacity
- Service Line availability
- Service Line Service Levels and Operational Levels
- Service KPIs
- Software Capacity and levels
- Hardware/growth capacity
Additionally, this role will facilitate the collate of data for the weekly Flash reports from within IT Service Operations and the month end Reporting packs through the department.
Lastly this role will act as the reporting SME to new services, service lines, applications and software being boarded to the company, taking requirements for new reporting or inclusion into existing reporting as necessary.
Essential:
- 3 years plus experience of working within Capacity and Availability Management
- Demonstrable experience of working with agile principles
- Demonstrable knowledge of Industry Best Practises within relevant Service Disciplines
Desirable:
- Previous experience of working within Financial Services industry
- Experience of working with SIAM methodologies
- DevOps framework knowledge and experience
Automation tooling and Scripting, through elements such as PowerShell, bash, python or other Scripting language
