I am looking for an experienced medical Claims Assessor for a fantastic customer focused organisation based in Cheadle. As a Claims Assessor you will be responsible for the processing and administration of my customer's claims cases and to support their customers and members through the claim process.

Role responsibilities

• To ensure that all claims paid meet the terms and conditions of the plan.
• To be able to administer, process and pay sickness claims for all protection policies from the start of the claim through to payment.
• To ensure that all new claims requests are processed promptly, and regular contact maintained with client throughout claim duration.
• To accurately process members financial documents.
• To have full knowledge and understanding of how the database works with regard to claims.
• To scan all items and attach all documentation on the database and to make notes in the communication tab, if appropriate and record all communication onto client's file.
• Ensure that the claims procedures are followed.
• To obtain all medical information necessary to assess a claim.

This role is paying up to GBP24,000 Dependent on experience.
