Do you have experience of strategically managing high volume recruitment campaigns?
If YES then read on...
Due to growth and success our client is for an Internal Recruitment Manager to manage their permanent recruitment strategy and also high volume temporary recruitment campaigns.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, applicant attraction and managing compliance, managing a small team of Resourcers, leading by example in delivering all aspects of the role to a high standard with integrity and passion and a sense of urgency.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you plan the resourcing of projects so that margins are met and exceeded. You will also review the resource pool and skills sets required and ensure continued growth and success.
You will ensure all HR and employment legislation is adhered to.
* You will be required to effectively and efficiently deal with stakeholders, manage the workforce and multiple roles and adhere to tight deadlines all while providing a first-class service.
* Obtaining demand forecasting from the client to ensure effective talent pools are created
* Design and develop a defined recruitment strategy that is clear, proactive and communicated, which illustrates our brand message, target candidates and primary sources.
* Developing and implementing strategies to attract the best people to the business
* Source candidates from a variety of media including company database, job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook and other online platforms
* Resourcing candidates, writing job adverts
* Telephone screening candidate
* Interview scheduling
* Providing successful and unsuccessful candidate feedback on their applications, where necessary
* Attending recruitment events / careers fairs on an ad-hoc basis to promote employer brand and career opportunities
Required experience:-
* Ability to develop and implement operational plans for your area of responsibility;
* Previous background in large resource/recruitment management campaigns is essential;
* Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & Word;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Proven people management experience;
* Analytical approach to problem solving;
* Previous exposure to HR policies and procedures and legislation
