Position: Warranty & After Sales Administrator - Automotive Industry

Location: Worksop

Hours: Office Hours

Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP27,000 per annum + company benefits

Venatu Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well established Multi-National Luxury Bus and Coach company who are looking to recruit a skilled Warranty & After Sales Administrator to join their team in Worksop. Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and send out extended warranty policies to customers
• Raise, process and progress chase warranty claims through to conclusion
• Proactively keep customers informed with warranty claim progress
• Co-ordinate and return all failed units from Field Service Engineers, Customers and dealers.
• Arrange for failed units to be returned to the factory
• Liaise with customer support and After Sales managers in respect of all claimed not recommended for settlement under warrant
• Maintain records of all warrant claims and produce monthly report of all outstanding and settled claims
• Provide administrative support to the after Sales team
• Carry out and complete records, spreadsheets and customer information

Skills Required:

• Ability to work in an organised & methodical manner in a fast-moving environment
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Negotiation skills and a good selling technique
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook applications & general computer literacy
• Friendly and helpful nature with the desire to deliver excellent customer service
• Conducting yourself in a professional manner always
