Mobile Tool/Plant Fitter
Our client requires a Mobile Tool/Plant Fitter to oversee the maintenance of power tools, plant (diggers/dumpers/rollers) and some commercial vehicles (van/s), working out of their Thurrock depot.
Mobile Tool/Plant Fitter responsibilities:-
1. To be part of an organised and well-managed team and be polite to fellow team members and clients alike.
2. Understanding and co-operating in all Health and Safety matters on site. Ensuring that safety is the number one priority.
3. Assisting with ensuring equipment is maintaines and operating efficiently.
4. Good timekeeping and punctuality.
5. Reliable
Mobile Tool/Plant Fitter required skills:-
* Experience with the Plant & Tool / Hire industry.
* Driving Licence (Essential)
* Experience working in a similar position
* A relevant mechanical qualification (or time served)
* A working knowledge of plant and tool equipment
Mobile Tool/Plant Fitter working hours and salary/benefits :-
* Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 4.30/5 pm.
* GBP28k-GBP30k salary plus bonus starting ASAP
* Vehicle provided as part of the package
* Overtime at time and a half
* Standby/call outs paid additionally
* Health & Wellness (annual flu jab, free eyesight tests etc.)
* Loyalty days (1 additional days annual leave for each full year of service, up to a maximum of 3 additional days)
* 22 days holiday plus 8 BH's
* Contributory pension up to 3%
* Progression due to the growth of our business (new divisions, depots etc.)
