This company is part of a leading tile manufacturing group based in Ukraine. They supply porcelain and ceramic tiles to businesses in the UK (retailers, DIYs and distributors). Their parent company in Ukraine sells tiles to 30 countries around the world.

- Managing existing accounts - getting reorders on current portfolio of products, and introducing new ranges.
- Business Development - identifying, cold calling new customers, arranging face to face meetings to generate new businesses.
- Assisting director and team with on going tasks to achieve company sales plan.
- Communication with colleagues at factory in Ukraine. Must be comfortable presenting products face to face at a very high level.
- Travelling across UK to see customers, attending exhibitions in Spain once a year, occasionally traveling to Ukraine with clients to visit the factory.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales skills (preferably B2B) & cold calling.
- Ability to manage and resolve problems with clients and able to handle prospect rejections.
- Excellent communication stills and great attention to details.
- Team player.
- Multitasking skills.
- Proven client database management skills
- No previous knowledge of the tile industry is necessary, however interest in architecture or construction is a plus.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office (proficiency in Excel).
- Legal rights to work in the UK.
- Clean UK Driving License.
