Job Title: HR Adviser / Senior HR Adviser

Location: Harrogate

Salary:

HR Adviser - £26,999 - £28,785 per annum (pro rata)

Senior HR Adviser - £32,029 - £34,788 per annum

Job type:

HR Adviser - Part time, Permanent (15 hours per week) - Job Share

Senior HR Adviser - Full time, Fixed term for 12 months (37 hours per week)

The Role:

These roles present an opportunity to join the Employee Relations team during an exciting time and will provide you with an opportunity to work with the HR Manager and wider team to contribute to the ongoing development of the service.

In both roles you must have the ability to work effectively with managers, be a confident communicator with the ability to persuade others, build relationships and provide sound advice.

Job Duties:

Senior HR Adviser:

As an experienced HR professional, qualified to CIPD level 7, with significant previous experience and a comprehensive knowledge of employment law, you will be required to support the HR Manager with the delivery of key projects as well as giving advice to manager across the whole range of employee relations issues, to include more complex cases, as well as supporting organisational change initiatives and TUPE as well as developing policies and management training and sharing your knowledge and experience with other members of the team.

HR Adviser:

With previous experience working in a similar role, having a comprehensive knowledge of employment law, you must be either part or fully CIPD qualified (level 5 or 7) and be able to give sound advice and guidance to managers on a varied caseload, support organisational change, deliver management training as well as working with the HR Manager to develop and update policies and contribute to project work.
