Finance Manager

We have registered a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a company based in Thame. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the day to day management of the accounting function at this established organisation. Additionally, as the Finance Manager you will be responsible for producing monthly reports, coordinating forecasting, liaising with external staff and supporting the senior management team.

Finance Manager Responsibilities

As the Finance Manager some of your duties will include:

Preparing monthly accounts
Reconciling accounts
Managing the cash cycle
Assisting with budget planning
Managing the fixed asset register
Maintaining the general ledger
Preparing payroll and journals

Finance Manager Experience

The Finance Manager will likely be a part or fully qualified accountant, however those who are qualified by experience will also be considered. As the Financial Manager you will have experience of managing a company's finance function and be collaborative in your approach to when working with colleagues. You will also be a strong user of Excel and have an aptitude to work with accountancy software packages and systems experience. It is essential you have worked in an SME environment previously.
